Yesterday I was on telegram at 22:30 then some random dude texts me from the group and send me a video that he was ….. his gf I watched it I kind of wanted to jerk off and start again but I decided without thinking to leave the phone and sleep,it went well and now I’m in day 3 waiting for day 4 Yeah I know I have flatline but it’s temporary I will wait as long as it takes to got fully healed

i wouldn’t consider it a relapse as i’m guessing his ultimate goal is to stop baiting and the fact that he took the step to not cave into his addiction it is a step closer to recovery
