I’m on day to and the every time I have the thoughts of looking up porn and rubbing one out and every time I do I start feeling disgusted in my self is that normal for everyone else?

It should feel disgusting, because it is. If that’s the feeling that we get any time we think about porn, AND we also respect ourselves, than we won’t do it The second part is crucial. I’ve always found it disgusting in a way, but I did it anyway because I lacked self respect and my view of myself was in the trash can.
