You are right that men are fed triggers daily on Instagram and Tik Tok, the best thing that you can do now is remove that content by following accounts that promote knowledge and education. Don’t like anything with a girl in (even your friends in bikinis, Tik Tok dance trends etc.). Do the proactive thing and mark uninterested on those kinds of posts, and your girlfriend will love you. Trust me, mine left because a part of me wanted to hold on
