Just reached my 7 day mark for the first time. I have been here for a few months and I finally was able to get to this point. The main thing that has helped me is directly attacking my triggers. For example, I noticed I would do it in the morning when I stay in bed for too long. I set multiple alarms and made sure that I got out of bed asap. Hoping I can continue on this positive trend and make it to 2 weeks next!
