Anyone who’s interested in participating in this is welcome. In this challenge, cwe are going to workout twice a day and abstain from porn entirely. Ill also be doing things like running at 2-3am in the morning and documenting it everyday. The Workout: 3 sets 30-40 pushups 30 knee to elbows 10 30lb dumbbell curls 10 weight assisted squats 10 hand grips Lets all become mentally stronger in June by chasing the pain untill that mental barrier is broken. -Stay Hard
