It’s hard

I know of all the benefits of quitting. It has affected my work and the girls around me. Since trying harder to stay away from porn, I have noticed a difference with women at work. Making better relationships with them. I still sometimes fall into looking at them sexually again but I’m noticing how I’m not anymore as much. It has definitely improved. While I still fap to the wife’s boobs. I haven’t had any super crazy urges to watch porn. I think one I stop fapping, I’ll have broken looking at women sexually
