Hey guys, I’ve been struggling with porn for almost 10 years now. I’m turning 21 this July and plan on getting married next year. I want to honor God and remove this porn addiction from my life

The best thing is knowing you want to start. Something that has worked for me was writing out why I want to quit. What has inspired me to be better than I was yesterday and who I want to be better for.

Good strength. It’s a day to day, hour by hour battle. “Know thyself” try to figure out what triggers you and ready yourself for those battles. Remember, you’re not going to reason yourself out of acting out, you’re going to need to stop trying to convince yourself not to do it and instead focus on prayer. God’s grace will save you, not your force of will.
