Life is great on the outside, I’m constantly dragged into lust and feel miserable until I give in, afterwards it’s even worse… I got baptized recently hoping that it would give me the fresh start I needed, failed 48 hours later..
It tough to reprogram yourself. Just have to keep at it. When get the urge just rationalize it and see how it is just fake thoughts trying to make you do the dirty deed. Have to be strong. Strong will- self discipline. We are all going through this - it’s hard. Especially if you have been in this cycle for the past 20-30 years like myself. Everyday I pray I can overcome the lust and this dirty cycle . Stay strong
