Quitting addiction

I’ve recently realized I can’t tell my friends to stop drinking or stop smoking when I have an addiction myself. I do strongly believe porn is an addiction that causes equal or worse damage to the mind, same side effects as drinking or smoking. It makes me a hypocrite to tell my friends to stop letting this stuff into their body when I am feeding my mind with just as bad stuff. 2nd day going strong 0 urges
