Do y’all get dreams after nutting

Real talk though one of the main reasons I fap is because I tend not to dream at all including nightmares and when I don’t fap I have weird lucid dreams or nightmares is this just me?

I noticed that I likely remember dreams when I don’t nut before sleeping. Like for some reason last night, I’ve never even watched star wars but I dreamt about the whole IV empire strikes back movie wtf

That’s a great point… I don’t really have crazy dreams but I have more. I also have different thoughts and maybe it’s our minds trying to adjust during our dopamine withdrawals??

I’ve noticed that as well I’ll be in deep sleep for maybe 2-3 hours then wake up groggy every single time I wake up

Same here! I have noticed on my sleep tracker that my sleep cycle is different when I fap before bed. I am assuming that my REM stage gets thrown off by fap. I also recover and feel a lot better when I don’t fap before bed.

Maybe but another thing too do y’all experience sleep paralysis also because even tho I don’t dream after wanking I definitely crash out and then I can’t move at all
