Fair I don’t view it as a healthy thing. I just view it as less mentally damaging as porn. I’m not planning on doing it everyday. But I view it as a step in the right direction towards only jerking off to my imagination.

Honestly man it just depends on you. What do you feel in your heart is right? If you don’t view this as jerking to porn, then that’s how you feel. But reflect on when you do this and how it makes you feel. If you feel better, then great, you’ve found something you believe is healthy. If nothing has changed or you still feel terrible, then it’s a relapse. Relapsing isn’t a one dimensional thing, you can relapse in so many ways.
