Can anyone else relate to this? Sometimes my mind just flips a switch when I want to watch porn and I just start doing it without a care, even though everything in me wants to stop. Any tips to control that switch?

Been there many times. Desire to stay sober all day, then the trigger hits and I'm on autopilot for the next 2 hours. Sucks!

Yes I feel that same way! A lot of times I’ll go deliberately find and activity to do with someone. Or leave my phone in another room and distract with a video game. Maybe that’ll help.

For real. Anyone ever see the vampire diaries? I got sucked into that years ago with my wife… the main vampires have a humanity switch in their head that just gets turned off whenever they want blood… point is, that’s what I always think about after turning my own switch back the right way.
