Suggestions for users? (Delete if not allowed)

Hey everyone! How’s life treating you all? I hope you’re staying strong and resisting those tempting temptations! I have two super cool suggestions for you, my fellow app users. I recently stumbled upon this awesome and helpful app called (Lock Launcher). It’s got a bunch of cool features and benefits, but the one I want to share with you is the Dynamic Island App widget. This is super handy because it lets you add any app you want to your Dynamic Island and open it right from there, within any app. Let’s say you’re about to give in to temptation because you saw a picture or video. All you have to do is hold down on your Dynamic Island and press the Quittr app. Boom! You’re instantly taken to this app. It’s not like the panic button I suggested, but it could totally work like that. Instead of having to close the app you’re on and search for Quittr, you can just hold down and press. Pretty neat, and helpful. Just a heads up, if you want to give this a try, you’ll need to add the app as a shortcut (follow the instructions on the lock launcher). My last suggestion is to set up an automation on your phone using the shortcuts app. You can create an automation that will send a text and give you an alert at a specific time of day. (Ex): I set my automation to speak and alert me at 10:00am “Good morning, resist the temptations! Remember, masturbation can lead to erectile dysfunction and damage your relationship. You got this,” and my phone (your phone) will literally play this message out loud on your phone every day. (How to create this automation) 1. Open shortcuts app & click on automation in the bottom 2. Create an automation by clicking the + button 3. Use the (TIME OF DAY) option 4. Set the time of day you want and repeat daily or how you want 5. Click RUN IMMEDIATELY and TURN OFF NOTIFY WHEN RUN 6. Now search for speak text and type what you want your phone to say. 7. Lastly click search actions at the bottom, when the menu pops up click on the scripting tab and click on SHOW ALERT now past the same text in from the speak alert message. SAVE. This will make sure your phone not only say it out loud but will also give you a pop-up alert that you have to click ‘okay’ too. P.S. You can just keep the ‘SHOW ALERT’ option and delete the SPEAK TEXT option, to notify you in message form instead of having it speak out to you in case you don’t want someone to hear you.
