advice?

I’m not gonna lie, I am on my 10th relapse since downloading the app. I want to be able to say I don’t jerk off anymore but my body craves it and I’d rather just do it then fight it and stay hard like 24/7. Luckily quitting porn was the easy part it’s just the masturbation. I can’t get past that 7 day mark. Let me know if you have any advice.
Doing some form of exercise when you get an urge usually works pretty well. Pushups, pull-ups, that type of thing. It definitely won’t make it go away for very long but it will take your mind off of it and cause your blood to flow somewhere else then where you don’t need it to be.
