Just lost a 12 day streak and feel terrible about it. But reflecting back, even though I may have lost this small battle, I’m aware of the progress I’ve made up to now. Before the pattern use to be 0 days, 0 days, 0 days… Even if now it’s 7 days, 6 days, 12 days, this is still better than not having any control compared to the past. Just want anyone going through similar situations to not let the small defeats hold you back from seeing how far you’ve come along from the beginning. Don’t give up.
Always aim for more than before. don't settle for less than 13 days, heck don't settle at all if you can help It. you've proved yourself capable, there is no doubt you can do it. stay strong
