Do what works for you. I think trying to abstain from both porn and masturbation to be unsustainable. I find that if I try to eliminate both, it just leads me back to porn. Ejaculation is completely natural. Having a browser full of endless porn possibilities is not. For me, my goal is to desexualize my brain by eliminating porn.
