Relapsed during Ramadan

I was on a 40 day fast, determined to last the 40 days porn and fap free. I made it without porn, and another couple months afterwards, but I only lasted 25 days without spending too much time feeling a bit too fine. I was spending so much time with God! Hours every day. I just wasn’t strong enough to resist the natural urges of my 29 year old self, and I didn’t get out of my apartment to occupy myself in my down time in the evenings. God did not shut me out for my failings! He helped me understand that he wants us to come to him EVEN MORE when we fail—that’s why there are so many verses like 2 Cor 12:9 - “Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/116/2co.12.9.NLT God KNOWS WE ARE WEAK! He made us. Our failings never surprise God. Nothing we do can ever make him stop loving us.

Be strong brother, none of us are perfect and we all fall short. Just try to do better
