Relapsed after longest streak

So disappointed in myself. My longest streak at 22 days since I became addicted and I gave in to an urge… I don’t understand, I was doing so well and able to resist all my urges up until today. It’s hard to be happy about how long I made it when I’m just so mad at myself for relapsing.
