4 days, did not make it to 5

Seems like I’m not the only one who struggled to make it to day 5. It all started with seeing some FB reels, and got worse from there. I have a plan to get rid of FB, but I’m starting to wonder if it should be sooner. I’ll bring it up in prayer, see what feelings I get.

If FB is a trigger block it out. On top of that, take note of your feelings upon seeing the reel and what goes through your mind leading up to a relapse. Diagnosing your issue by breaking apart what makes you relapse should give u some insight. Def bring it up in prayer tho. Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬

Just delete FB. I did the same with both FB and IG, both apps are thrash and it will only show you triggering content once it detects a minimal interest
