Extremely Cold

Please someone tell me it’s not just me. When I get tempted, sometimes my body goes into a cold shock. My body actually locks up and uncontrollably start shaking - very very cold.

It’s crazy isn’t it?!? it’s amazing how this completely rewires your brain and body and how they work. All the more reason to quit. Eventually, it will go away though guys and you’ll get back to normal, a new normal that’s awesome.
