It’s been a long journey fellas. And lemme tell yall… it has not been an easy one. I started masturbation around February 2022 and it’s been an on and off thing since then. The longest streak I had in these past 3 years was between August-December 2022. That was 2.5 years ago and since then it was a month or a week before relapse. Now, my mind isn’t even on porn and I’m glad to see the community of men getting better. And one more thing… I love yall keep it up and stay blessed brothers. God is with you.
What helps you not relapse though, what makes you not break… that’s where I struggle.
