Tomorrow will be 14 days since I last relapsed

What can I say im finally free from this thanks to god, He really freed me from this I no longer feel the urge to use porn. For example 3 days ago I was suffering from heart palpitations because of not taking enough potassium. Obviously I thought the worst of the worst, I got so anxious and stressed out, that I wanted to force myself to fap. Just to feel good and ease that stress that I had gone through. But I just couldn’t do it it’s like if god put a barrier and said no you’re not.
