Whenever I wanna get a girl and get her phone number I get rejected. I think that's because of my approach, which doesn't involve proper eye to eye conversation. I usually text them and on the other day they either ignore me, complain around me or in the worst case scenario want to harass me in front of other people. Because of these outcomes, I'm afraid to approach women. They always seem hostile towards me and I have this sensation that they don't want to know me. I think it is because of my lack of self-confidence caused by porn which causes anxiety and unwillingness to perform an action. I'm also attending psychologist therapies to kill my insecurities.

Bro are you working out like your life depends on it? Because it does. Exercise has 71% more efficacy than SSRIs to get your shit together. I don't even know where therapy rates, but have you heard the good news about Jesus Christ?

Approach does matter, but confidence in yourself will overshadow insecurity when you’ve done it so many times. When you start to get a handle of what works for you when you approach people, those “flaws” you think you have will fade into the background. Everyone has strengths to play to and it’s important to keep practicing so that you can discover them. Just take care of yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically. The rest will come.

Do u take care of yourself? Sometimes insecurity is there to show you areas in your life that need to be secured, refined or rehabilitated. I’m not saying don’t work on yourself mentally, what I’m bringing up is are the women who you are pursuing in your age, financial and fitness bracket
