Talk to someone, and talk to God!

I am currently on my longest streak right now and I’m just so thankful man and it’s all because of 2 things. The first is I’ve been praying and talk to God more and more about my struggles and asking him to help me through this, but the new thing I’ve been trying on top of that is talking about your issues with someone you know you can trust and won’t get embarrassed discussing your struggles with. I know it’s hard to work up the courage to do it and believe me, I wanted to talk about what I was going through with someone for a long time but once I did, it helped so much. Anyone that feels like they are struggling and keeps falling short of where they want to be, it may help talking it through with someone and being vulnerable about it. It’s not only freeing, but also motivating! Ive been praying g for everyone I see on this app and know we all got the strength to do what it takes. Stay strong brothers and god bless!
