Yes brother delete all social medias come back to them in the future we on grind mode right now. I deleted all my social media apps except discord to talk to friends. Social media got too many triggers. We battling an addiction right now. I’m almost on day 10 of no porn or masturbation it’s been tough but I feel so much better.
