Day 10, an ex in a wet dream, almost relapsed.

This morning when I woke up thats when i realized how big an addiction problem im dealing with. Woke up with an extreme wood and a massive urge. Had a dream about an ex. The usual way has always been to grab my phone and go online and get that porn relied. Cut it short, i ddnt relapse thank God, like literally, I was so close when i decided to pray, followed by meditation. Then i got outta bed and laid my mat and dumbbells and pumped the metal up the whole morning. I sense I must be in the middle of a withdrawal storms, scares me.
