Getting caught

I got caught my gf the other day. She found my spank bank and it was very upsetting to her. There was porn of course but also pictures from social media of our friends, family (mine and hers) tribs, stuff like that. I broke her. I felt gross. No more shame in my life than right then and there. It was a turning point for me. I’ve tried quitting in the past but having this come to Jesus moment is what really reset me. I know I should’ve done it sooner. But I’m doing it now full force. I already had one on one therapy and a group therapy session as of this post and scheduled for more. We had a talk yesterday alone at at lake. I listened to her. Tried to answer all her questions and be honest. I didn’t have all the answers I can only hope that throwing my actions that things will be better. She’s still around for now and I can’t be more thankful. But I have a lot of work to do and lot more to prove
