In order to quit this addiction you have to have a stronger feeling than the one that makes you wanna relapse. Currently I don't have a reason, l've been trying to quit for some time now but every time that feeling hits it wins. My longest streak was a month. Apart from that l've felt alone for a long time now, even tho I haven't actually been alone. I've always wanted someone, someone that cares about me, but I don't have a girl, or even anyone that's interested in me. And this addiction has been my way of forgetting about it. I just want to stop and do better for myself.
Understanding the deeper why is really important. You’re absolutely right. Our desire to be better has to be stronger than the desire to give in. Keep it up. You’ve got this.
