When you find yourself laying down, the worst thing is to look at your phone. My triggers were fb reels, I love watching funny videos and history stuff, but there is always one that has a p-star actor in the reels. I’ve noticed a lot of famous podcasts will have a p-star in them too. Everytime I’d see a p-star I’d go right to google search and next thing I’d relapse. Idk who else has this same problem, but always try to find a hobby, either the gym, cleaning the house, going on long walks, hanging out with friends, or just meditating. Our phones are our strongest enemies, especially doom scrolling.
And if you look at a video for too long with a p-star actor in it, your algorithm will throw in more videos of p-star actors in it.
