I just started this but I was in a similar boat. It really helped me to find a hobby that I’m passionate about, for me it was art and digital painting. It’s even better if it’s a hobby that you can do about anywhere that way you have an easy distraction. Not sure if you’re religious but I’ll keep you in my prayers
