Both. Both drive the dopamine response in your body. For me, P hasn’t led to M/O in almost a year, but I still get urges to view. And a long time so I’d still MO without P, so it feels like they both impact the pleasure cycle, but together it’s a double whammy of overpowering your conscious self.
