Even tho I’m only at 12 days fellas the best method that I’ve found for my self to not jerk your sh*t is to stay busy…doesn’t matter what it is gettin money playing the game just stay BUSY!!!! And another thing that a lot of people won’t tell you is learn when your most prone to relapse that includes time of day and what triggers you to relapse and once you’ve identified that it becomes a lot more easier. P.S.A btw yull find your self naturally talking to women more confidently then you realize lol ;)
