This morning I went on my nsfw twitter for about 10 mins. I know many people on here would say I need to reset but i’m honestly going to give myself today because this is the longest i’ve been without going into an actual porn site as well as masturbation. I didn’t touch myself and felt more in control of the situation than it just brainlessly leading to me masturbating. This morning I stumbled but didn’t fall so I feel as if I reset then i’m giving myself an excuse to just get back into old habits so I made this post to hold myself accountable and not build another bad habit/excuse

whatever results or growth you're expecting from bothering to quit porn sites and masturbation, you will get minimal results if any by making loop holes like that. be honest with yourself and reset brother. behaviours like that are getting nowhere your brain does not care that you viewed porn on twitter instead of a site, it cares that you're stimulating those pathways. that ain't good enough unfortunately g delete twitter and everything else with porn on it that will trigger you, do it the hard (and only way) and quit masturbating and porn ALLTOGETHER for a while it will be fine to reintroduce masturbation so long as it's healthy, but put the porn down bro

I’d say that’s a reset tbh. This is to abstain from PMO and you’ve watched P for 10 mins. That’s the equivalent of giving up smoking, smoked half a cigarette and claiming it doesn’t count cause it wasn’t a full one

Delete twitter nobody really uses it for anything but gore or porn idk 🤷🏼‍♂️ opening back up on it is a red flag Ik you didn't do anything but next time around it'll be oh I only watch I won't touch myself then I will only watch and little bit I won't release
