I have a hard time finding good advice online on how to beat my porn addiction. I’m a non religious man and most of the content I see gives advice on how to break free of lust through god. But i don’t believe in god or religion, idk it’s just something that annoys me. Anyone else have this problem ??
well i follow God but understand you, because i didnt believe in God in past times. I would suggest you create habbits that will make you distracted or forget about msturbating, for example, read books about psycology or motivational books like Cant Hurt Me from David Goggins. also you can, meditate, go more pften to walk in your city or town, you can start journaling, and thungs line that, try to find things that you like to do and use them to forget about masturbating when you feel the urge. I hope this will help you brother and even if we have different religious views, just know that we are here for you
As someone who’s non religious I view that biblical“God” as a figure that was made to give most people guidance on morals and how to be good people. When people talk about God with porn just change your mindset and look at it as a metaphor. Hopefully this will help with understanding the advice that these religious people preach

im also same. bro follow this absteince time and read articke in this app, divert yourself with other activity. check your triggers and stop it. you need strong goals and strong divertion. read articles on this app. watch 'the man behind all of adult content industry' or 'porn related documentaties' learn about how bad it and its industry is.. this what im doing. i don't know if this work for you or not. adult watching porn and teen or younger watching porn totally different which affects their brain development. there are so much about porn.
