Guys, if you believe this is going to be a challenge, it will be. You have to realize you’re not giving anything up. You have absolutely nothing to lose. And you’re lying to yourself if you claims that the withdrawals are bad. Imagine if you got the flu but all you felt were porn withdrawals. You wouldn’t even feel sick! Quitting porn is easy. Tell yourself that ever. Not as false encouragement, but as true encouragement. You will never feel free of the disease if you always think it’s a challenge being away from porn. True abstinence comes from the ability to recognize there was never a challenge to begin with.
but I loked having to excuse to go back to it. why did you dismantle that? :)))
