I fail after 18 days
I didn’t watch po** and I’m not really interested, but I’ve just been thinking — and it feels tough. I have all this energy I want to release from my body. Even when I try to escape the thoughts and avoid feeling bad, it still gets to me. The question is: what should I do during these days? I quit social media, I’m trying to focus on studying, going to the gym, writing everything down on paper — but I still don’t know what to do with all this energy and constant overthinking.
Don’t get me wrong everything you’ve said you’re doing (study, gym, journaling) is great, but they’re also work. Can mentally and physically be straining. What’s something that can pique your interest/curiosity where it seems like you can do this thing for hours on end without rest??? Good luck on finding that thing! For me it was playing pokemon/collecting cards and video editing.
