I see many brothers on here who are asking for any advice when your sexual temptations are overflowing. Not only does thinking ahead and realizing what you will feel after you succumb to your desires play a huge role, but calling out to Jesus and asking him to help you works wonders. Believe. He is always ready to help you; you just have to ask. Lastly, ask Him everyday to guide you in The Spirit and actively purse His presence at all times - hard times and easy times. Lock in.
