If you haven’t started yet, I recommend reading the book attached in the library tab top right corner. It’s been very helpful in understanding. You got this man, we’re in it together.
But I can relate to that. Part of this addiction stems from something called the Coolidge Effect. It’s the reason we can endlessly scroll on porn websites/have renewed sex drives right after having sex or masturbating. It’s natural but we can overcome and control it.
Maybe communicate that to her?
