I keep failing

I make it like max 3 or 4 days and relapse, it’s always from a place of “I have free time, what should I do” though I constantly tell myself through the whole ordeal that I shouldn’t and it’s wrong. Maybe I just don’t want to be rid of it bad enough.

A healthy form of dopamine rush can help a lot. exercise is great because after the dopamine hits and you eventually start tiring out, you don't crave more when you're finish, you just want to rest. The fact you are on this app tells you and all of the rest of us that you do want rid of it bad enough!

Go on a walk. Go to the gym. Work more. Get down and do push ups when you feel the urge. Just fill up your time and you’ll feel it get easier and easier.
