I need some recommendations on how to distract myself from watching this stuff when I am bored. I can be sitting at work with nothing to do and then hop on X or scroll through some OF models Reddit. I need to find some other ways to distract myself to rewire my brain.
Delete x. Delete Reddit. Instagram. Tiktok. Even YouTube. Delete all the apps you compulsively go on to get your fix and pass the time. You will never get over your porn disease if you don’t. When I’m bored or feeling urges, I come on this app and comment on peoples posts. I’m sitting on the toilet as I type this.

If you’re religious, I recommend reading scripture, or just reading a book in general. It can be hard at first, but becomes really rewarding without any phone time
