What is going on with YouTube

I’m an iPhone user, and whenever I scroll on YouTube, I seem to get these weird ads that are literally porn, does anybody know a good way to block these ads?

Same here, it’s ridiculous how they allow that on YouTube. I block the ads and report but they pop up again.
