Keep it going

Hello everyone almost 3 weeks into the journey. Now it’s taking a toll on me because now that I’m trying to stop what I used to doing. It’s hard knowing that you wanna change for God and for yourself. And when things get rough u wanna go back to your comfort zone. Only thing I can do is pray now. Them urges are a lot. I’m in my mind thinking very lustfully and I will just sit in my mind until I snap back to reality. Everything is hitting me now. If you are going through something similar don’t give up.
