I’ve had this app for 3 months ish and I go three ish days then relapse I feel horrible espeically because I have a girlfriend and I know it will destroy her when eventually she finds out idk what to do and I feel like I’m trapped in this addiction
the third day is always the hardest day
I just downloaded this app because I relapsed but I had quit for two months and you just have too accept it’s not something you do anymore when you get that feeling and want to do it just tell yourself that’s not something you do anymore
