Lonely

I do as well man. That was something I dealt with even as a teenager when my addiction started. My big issue was the feeling of rejection that pushed me to feel lonely. I am a Christian now, and with that I’ve been learning that I am never truly alone even if I feel that way. Jesus is always there for me. The Bible states that He will never leave nor forsake us. If we draw close to Him that He will draw close to us. That’s always helped me even when I feel lonely. Also when we feel that way one of the best ways would be not to isolate ourselves. Loneliness is almost sure to lead us into depression. So whenever you feel that way put yourself into a social situation. Reach out to someone with a phone call, or even try to meet up with a friend to communicate. Praying for you brother.
