Brain fog

I’m currently 5 days in (longest was 11) and my brain fog feels heavy these last few days. When I initially quit during my 11 day streak I felt a huge relief mentally at around the 5 day mark and this time it hasn’t quite been there yet. Maybe it’s because I know I’m not as far as I once was or maybe I’m still sub consciously kicking myself for relapsing to begin with. But either way I want to continue making a positive change in hopes that my truest self will show up again eventually. Hopefully sooner rather than later. May God bless you all.
Exercise your brain, eat lots of carbs/starches, drink plenty of water, workout, get plenty of sleep. You’ll get back on track.
