How to keep going

I just failed after day 7, when I thought I had it all together. It just kinda happened so fast and before I knew it I had relapsed. The worst part is, one I fail, it’s like I have nothing to keep me from doing it again, and I’ve relapsed 2 more times in the past day. How do I get back on the horse for good this time?
