Correct your pathetic and there is no shame in being pathetic the shame comes from staying in that pathetic state!! Delete social media don’t go on it at all(anything that triggers you has to go) GET ACTIVE…go to work go to the gym find an enjoyable hobby….pray and read the scriptures God is real and if you seek him the urges are very easy to dismiss…STOP TALKING NEGATIVE ABOUT YOURSELF how do you expect to win when just like your haters/enemies your downing yourself yes be real with yourself but not to the point where your disrespecting yourself here’s the reality WHEN YOU TRULY WANT IT the excuses the delay all that goes away abs locked in..truth be told most don’t want to be free from PMO they want to be free of the consequences while still being able to do it they want to lust without consequences…go take a shower and reflect on yourself is this something you truly want and if so are you willing to do whatever it takes to be better…this journey isn’t easy brother and it starts with self respect lock in Twin and get on it

Don’t give up! It’s only but a test. The moment you show even an ounce of resilience and push through even just one time makes the devil extremely fearful and scared. Lust I believe is one of those things if we overcome and endure it, it changes EVERYTHING for the better in our lives whether you realize it or not so don’t lose hope!
