Unbelievable how u ask people to pay for a subscription that would benefit their life and perhaps even change it all by just stopping them from searching content they are addicted to

It’s honestly a big motivator for me like would you rather spend money on something positive or negative. Plus if I’m spending money on it and not using the app then I remember oh I guess I’ll try to get my moneys worth

idk … works for me. i’m competitive so naturally i wanna see the streak number grow. also, seeing other people on the same boat as me & being vulnerable helps as well. a lot of people add some solid advice that if you have the discipline to actually listen & apply what they’re telling you .. you will see change. also adding my ‘why’ & seeing it everyday keeps me focused on the bigger picture.
