I’m home alone and that always seems to be a trigger for me. If being alone is a trigger for y’all, how do you handle it?

When I’m alone, I try my hardest to occupy myself with other stuff. Whether it’s a video game, the gym, or anything to keep me away from my urges. Once you recognize your triggers, it’s just about getting away from them.

If you happen to be alone, js play games on your phone. I recommend any Supercell game and C.A.T.S. They may be kids games but it really helps
