Day 11

Day 11 has been a fight. Emotionally, physically, & mentally. What helped a lot was understanding the root of the problem. Porn hijacked my brain at 6 years old, changed my neuropaths, took control of my system & now I’m fighting to change my nueropath. It’s all scientific, it’s all about the brain. Once you learn how to change your neuropath, you realize a way to beat this, but you have to be strong. It’s only up to you.
